28 shoe-boxes collected for charity

Ms Boland has been busy organising shoe boxes filled with gifts for this worthwhile Christmas charity.

Ms Boland, with the help of some students, have recently gathered up 28 shoe boxes filled with gifts and surprises for the Christmas Shoe-Box appeal. This worthy charity sees shoe boxes wrapped in wrapping paper and filled with small items such as toys, pens, toothbrushes, sweets etc, along with a small cash donation of €3 per box. The shoe-boxes are then distributed to needy children in Eastern Europe and Africa by the Team Hope charity. Well done to all involved.
