Success at the National VEX Robotics Finals in Cork

Teacher of the Year & Best Sportmanship

What an unbelievable day our students and Ms Mc Geehan had at the National VEX Robotics Finals in Cork!

Our VEX student team made up of Mollie, Caitlin, Lily, Cathlin, Cameron, Orin and Riley won the Best Sportsmanship Award for their problem solving skills and for consistently displaying exceptional strategic thinking and teamwork in the challenges they encountered throughout the competition.

Ms Mc Geehan was presented with the Teacher of the Year Award for her continuous commitment and dedication to the VEX Robotics programme. Extremely proud of everyone involved. A special mention to our sponsors Kee’s Hotel, Sign Worx and B&S Credit Union, we very much appreciate their support.

Thanks also to students who could not travel today, to Principal, Mr Mc Fadden and parents for their continuous support of our VEX Robotics programme.
