Winners of ‘Doodle 4 Google’ announced

The three winning school entrants for this years ‘Doodle 4 Google’ competition have been announced. This years winners were Leigh Mc Cafferty and Sorcha Mc Elchar from Boland and Adena O Hanlon from Montague.

We are pleased to announce that three Finn Valley College students work will go forward to the national Doodle 4 Google ‘ I wish ..’ competition.

M.Molloy ( Art teacher) would like to thank all of the students that submitted entries this year.

The Google judging panel will select a shortlist of best doodles and will invite the public to vote for the doodle that means the most to them.

The overall winning doodle will be displayed on the Google homepage in March 2012.
