PLC Workshop

The PLC Childcare students received a visit from local entrepreneur Ms Feena Mc Bride who is the owner of the prestigious “The Arty Fox” creations today.

Students got creative by learning the benefits from planning lessons using open ended materials to aid child development. The group got to engage in fun art activities making models from play dough and using a variety of arts and crafts which they could implement when on their work experience.

Thanks to Ms K Mc Granaghan for organising the visit and to Feena for a motivational and fun packed workshop, highlighting the benefits of learning through play for young children.
