At the heart of the smooth running of the business of the VEC is the support provided by the staff of the Administration Offices in Ard O Donnell, Letterkenny. Staff numbers have increased particularly in recent times, again reflecting the increasing volume of work being carried out.

There are three Educational Support Services which are collectively overseen and managed by the Chief Executive Officer who reports to the Vocational Education Committee on a monthly basis.  These services are managed on a day-to-day basis by a Head of Division: 

Corporate Services, including Estate Management and Student Support

Finance (Accounts, Payroll & IT)

Human Resource Management
    

Each of these services are staffed by Clerical Officers and administrative Staff at varying grades.
