Notice to Third Level Grant Applicants 2010/2011
The Student Support Section will be closed to the public for two weeks, commencing Monday, 6th September 2010.
This is necessary to enable staff to process the very large and increased volume of application forms received for Third Level Support this year.
Thereafter, from Monday 20th September 2010, the Student Support Section will be open to the public from 2:00pm to 5:00pm each day from Monday to Friday.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

THIRD LEVEL GRANT APPLICATION FORMS 2010/2011
If you are thinking of going to College/University in September 2010, application forms and guidelines are now available for download below or at www.studentfinance.ie
Where your first course choice on CAO/UCAS is to University send your grant form to the:-
Higher Education Grants Section,
Donegal County Council, County House, Lifford, Co Donegal.
All other grant applications covering PLC courses, Institutes of Technology, Colleges of Further and Higher Education in Northern Ireland should apply to the:-
Third Level Grants Section,
County Donegal VEC, Ard ODonnell, Letterkenny, Co Donegal.
Completed application forms and all accompanying documentation should be lodged with the relevant office as soon as possible to avoid delays.
The closing date for receipt of completed application forms is 5.00pm on Tuesday, 31st August 2010
Late applications will not be dealt with until all others are finalised.
You are strongly advised to submit your fully completed application form, together with all the required documentation, as early as possible to enable this office to process applications in a timely manner.

Note: Increases in the rates shown will be considered as part of the annual Budget process in December and rates will become effective on a financial year rather than an academic year basis.
